Biryani Blues is a venture of Thea Kitchen Pvt. Ltd which was started by some professionals from the financial service industry. This food venture was found in the year 2011 and currently employs about 50 to 200 people.

They did not just have a passion for food but they were a well expert in Hyderabadi cuisine. The Thea Kitchen has its outlet in cities like Delhi NCR and also in 38 outlets in various different locations.

They have recently opened their outlets in cities like Chandigarh and Jaipur. The management is also planning to open its new outlet in Bangalore and Mumbai. The food joint offers both the dining experience and doorstep delivery.
